Is there an easy way to find your own body fat percent by yourself at home. I don't need it to be accurate at all, I would be happy with something like +\- 8% of the actual. I just want kind of a ballpark figure of where I'm at.
For official measurements, don't they submerge you in water to find your volume, then use it and your weight to find your density?
