    Post First Cycle

    Hey guys, I've been planning and thinking starting a cycle for around 2 years. I'm 22, 5'9 160 lbs. I've lifted since high-school, I'm very athletic a swimmer, runner, biking, boxing, lifting so I've always been a hard gainer due to too much cardio but I enjoy a 7-10% bodyfat. (I used a friends handheld hydrostatic meter that read 7% but I think that was low). So I usually lift 2-3 days a week, with a push/pull/leg split.

    Around a year ago I had contemplated an Ostarine and Var cycle, got bloods, ordered the gear and fortunately didn't go through with it.

    I want to run test alone so I can get an idea of how my body reacts.

    Cyp 200 mg e3d, 8 weeks

    Adex on hand, only run it if I see a lot of estrogen symptoms

    Nolvadex 20 mg 3 weeks pct

    160lbs are about 72kg....... You are 22 years old, train with weights and care for your diet.
    This is my advice ... maybe someone else will advise you differently.

    Sorry man, I see you are a very guy and I like your enthusiasm but with those stats and your age I would not recommend hopping on the real gear.
    If anything I think is acceptable but before taking any stronger I'd like to see a few more years solid training AND EATING before that.
    Being that active can be somewhat counterproductive to your goals as you need to eat a lot if you want to gain size. A little bit of cardio is good but too much makes it harder to grow.

    As I am not recommending to take steroids I am not going to go in to detail in to your cycle right now.
    So the take home message being this time. Start eating like a beast, train progressively and make sure to get enough rest.

    You have a ways to go yet bud. Right now you are too young and too undersized for steroid use. Work on building a proper natural foundation with the right diet and training

    I wouldntn touch AAS at your age.

    If you feel 100% compelled to run anything sarms is the only thing id consider.
