    First cycle log out here in Australia

    Currently in week 7 of my first ever cycle.
    30 years old.
    Starting weight:
    98kgs
    24% BF.
    Had natural test level of 13.9 nmol/L before cycle and all the symptoms of low T.

    400mg test e per week. Pinned M, W, F. Had high E2 sides after a week or two so added in 6.25mg asin with each pin. Though E2 isn't very high at all based on my bloods so going to lower my asin.

    Feeling amazing. Energy and sex drive through the roof.

    At week 6 mark. Weight 101kgs. BF 20%.

    Added in 50mg per day of anadrol from week 6 onwards after those latest measurements. (I know I shouldn't of added an oral in really but I have always wanted to try anadrol. And it is amazing so far.

    Diet. Pescatarian with loads of fruit and veg. Protein shakes 2 to 3 times a day also.

    Daily Supps. Creatine, taurine, multivitamin, zinc, b12, flaxseed oil, daily greens powder, barley wheat grass powder, glucosamine, vitamin d, milk thistle.

    Other meds. Telmisartan 80mg per day. (Have had high blood pressure for years no matter what I tried to fix it.

    BP has been amazing so far.

    Got a full bloods panel done at 7 weeks. Will attach. Everything looking solid. Liver function slightly raised. HDL low (will add in even more healthy fats).

    My strength and work capacity is through the roof. I have PRd nearly every single one of my lifts including adding 20kgs to my squat and repping my old bench and overhead press PRs for 3 reps this week.

    Recovery just feels insane. Haven't felt like this since I was 20.

    I am training PPL. 6 days a week. A lot of compound movements. Around 1 to 2 hours of cardio per week ago.

    I can only run this cycle for 12 weeks as I am getting gyno surgery next month (has it since a teenager.)

    Thanks for the reply mate. Im not exactly sure of 24% but I'm fairly sure of the low 20%s. As a first cycle I was hoping for a recomp affect. So not overdoing it with the calories and making sure to get a bit of cardio in each day or two. I will sort out some images in the coming days for the log hopefully

    Re diet:
    In a slight surplus. Eating between 2500 to 3000 cals per day.
    Trying to up my healthy fats as my HDL was a little low - avo, walnuts, flaxseed oils, fish oil

    Lots of carbs - multi grain breads, fruits, vegetables with every meal including a lot of leafy greens and potato.

    Really upped my protein for this cycle as I previously haven't tracked protein intake too much as a natty since I was younger. - salmon, some white fish, lentils, natural protein bars, I use pea protein powder. 60-80s post workout with barley wheat grass powder added. Try to have this same sized shake each night too.

    Pre workout I have a mix of pre workout, creatine, taurine and some salt.

    Training is for me is:
    Monday - Pull
    Tuesday - push
    Wednesday - legs
    Thurs - pull
    Fri - push
    Sat - legs

    Rough outlines:

    Pull day:
    Heavy deadlift once a week. 4 x 5. - Pull ups the other day instead.
    Barbell rows 4 x 10
    Seated cable rows 4 x 10
    Lat pulldown 4 x 10
    Hammer curls 4 x 10
    Barbell curls 4 x 10
    Barbell wrist curls 4 x 15

    Push day
    Bench press 4 x 5
    Overhead press 4 x 5 or 4 x 10
    Incline bench - 4 x 10
    DB lat rows 4 x 10 with a drop set to finish
    Tricep pushdowns - varying grips and using rope now and then. 4 x 10-20
    Rear delt flys 3 x 10
    Reverse Barbell wrist curls 4 x 15

    Legs
    Squats. Always squats. I love them. I constantly mix up my squats. High bar, low bar, Pause squats, higher reps, lower reps. Etc
    Lying leg curls 4 x 10
    Calf raise machine 4 x 10
    Seated leg extension machine 4 x 10
    Back extensions 3 x 15 BW

    Cardio I run 5k once a week. A lot of biking and stair machine also.

    Currently got a bit of patella tendinitis playing up. It's like my muscles are growing but the tendons can't keep up.
