Just completed my first cycle of anything (SARMS LGD 4033) and wanted to share my results and ask for what to do next.
Only went 4 weeks at 4mg Week1, 5mg Week2, 6mg Week3, 7mg Week4. Lifted heavy (85%-100%) 3 days and volume (50% 10x10) 1 day a week.
Strength went up more first week, and noticeably less week 4, but still fairly linearly. Ended up about 15% stronger. Maybe gained about 10# of muscle and lost about 5# of fat.
Happy with that. Only used half of a SARMS1 bottle and got 15% stronger. Had previously worked out for two years doing Wendler 531 and got about 15% the first year, and practically nothing on year two,
so getting two years of results in a month isn't that bad.
Got a cold during week 4, and still have the blasted thing now almost a week off of cycle. Also dealing with terminal mother in law. Balls coming back thank God, but have not lifted in almost a week and feel like I'm on the path of losing all of it if I don't get to the gym pronto. Feel better today so maybe tonight.
So anyway, did I do ok considering, what could I have done different, how much of my gains can I expect to keep long term If I don't cycle any more, and what should my next cycle be?
Thinking a cutting cycle like GW...
