Was planning on dropping the tbol and anavar in a couple days, that'd make it 6 weeks on both of them.

Food was me just eating out a couple times today, tried to pick the best options I could but had to go to a fancy place for dinner with my girlfriend. Definitely not a great day of eating, will be right back on track tomorrow.
The workout wasn't too bad today. Still got a fair bit of swelling on my ankle so I tried to limit the load on it. Got 35 mins of cardio in on the elliptical, still need some time before I get right back into cardio, finding that pretty frustrating but I'm sure I'm best off being patient and letting the ankle properly recover.

Was a better day with food today, wasn't perfectly prepared though and ended up getting one of those prepared meals for meal 2. Felt like a much better day overall though.

Probably should've stuck to the rest day today. The workout was not the best, didn't make it to the end and skipped a few exercises. Skipped cardio again as the right ankle is still swollen pretty bad, might go see a doctor soon since it's not getting better as fast as I'd like.

Felt like another solid day with food, very low carbs but still felt ok. I'm off work, can't get on a construction site with the ankle still messed up.

Took another rest day, doing my best to ice the ankle and elevate it. Hoping I can get back to working out normally soon.
Been thinking about mixing up the training to really get around the ankle, might do a few days where I focus the early part of the workout on arms and other days where I focus more on whatever compounds I can still do.
Definitely finishing up with tbol on the 7th of December, will be finishing the anavar on that day too. Guessing there wont be any need for the liver support sups after that? Not sure if the effects of the orals still require me to take the liver support after I finish taking them and/or if its just a good thing in general while on the test cyp.
Also been getting a whole lot of comments lately. Can be really hard to tell in the photos with the loose skin but when I've been out/seeing people I have not seen in a month or two they're all noticing the change. Have not been tracking my weight super closely through this but it has gone up, pretty happy with that because old shirts that fit badly before are tighter on the upper body and fit a lot better around my midsection. Just have that loose skin issue which I'm starting to really think about a lot more, going to have to really consider the surgery at some point.
