    First time beyond TRT

    Evening all. Long time lurker, first time poster. 35 y/o/M currently on TRT due to a initial Test level of 235 with free test below 5. Currently taking 200mg per week and feel great. Gains in the gym have been awesome. In the past year I've dropped over 40lbs and managed to keep my strength up/improve.

    Current stats:
    Age: 35.
    BW: 226-228 depending on the day.
    Fat: No clue.
    Bench: 345, Squat: 415, DL:475.
    Currently eating maintenance calories and working on recomp. Scale weight doesn't matter to me.

    Current TRT dose is 200mg a week, pinning 100mg Monday and Thursday. Last labs in October had my test at 437 and freetest at 9.8. Everything else was nornal. I'm going in tomorrow for another full panel and as long as everything is good, starting on my first cycle. Plan is follows:

    200mg Test Cyp per week, pinning eod
    200mg Tren A, pinning EOD
    GW 20mg per day.
    Will have AI on hand based on labs as well as Caber. I'll repeat my labs 6 weeks in. I want the most gains with the least amount of sides for my first cycle.

    Diet will stay steady around 2800 calories, following Westside Barbell Tactical programming as I'm a Career Firefighter. Plan is to recomp for 12 weeks, back on just TRT for 8 then bulk up with a proper cycle and maintain that at a lower body fat percentage. How's this sound for a newbie?

    you shouldn't need an AI if you haven't needed one before at that dosage

    keep in mind on tren, it can give you a false positive on estrogen depending on which test you get

    also tren 12 weeks is iffy, i would be flexible on that and consider 8 weeks only and go from there

    otehrwise looks good to me

    absolutely not! you dont use tren as a newbie or someone that has never used anything other than test... even at a moderate dose, how could you possibly think that its okay as a new user to take LITERALLY one of, if not THE harshest steroid there is and run that on your first time?

    My plan was to start at a low dose for the first run to assess tolerance and use the short ester so I could come off quickly if there were any sides. Reading through all the information here, some recommend it, some don't and the general impression I got was you only know if you try. I figured with the low dose, proper monitoring and appropriate support therapies(forgot the N2 guard), it would be OK.

    Would you recommend a SARM cycle first before jumping onto the Tren wagon?

    I dont want to speak for Dylan but knowing him as long as I have, I can tell you he would definitely agree with using SARMS first. You would definitely not want trenbolone until you have ran several cycles first. Trenbolone, as you can see throughout the years on posts here and on most forums, is not something for newer users. It is for EXPERIENCED users. Just be careful because the it is just way too much and not a smart decision to use as a newer user

    Yes, definitely go with a sarms stack first but that still would not mean go with tren right after... you need experience with compounds milder bro... you have extremely flawed thinking and while i love the fact you are being conservative on the dosing plan, you need to run other compounds before picking the HARSHEST steroid there is...

    when i coach and advise, i have people start with sarms, then move on to something like test and an oral or test and primo or masteron, something that is far more tolerable and lighter on the body... this is a MARATHON, NOT A SPRINT...

    with the idea of recomposition in mind, and you not needing any pct being on trt, this is what i would go with...

    1-12 YK-11 (MYOBOL) 10 mg per day split doses… 5 mg a.m. and 5 mg 6-8 hours later
    1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
    1-12 Mk2866 (OSTABOLIC) 25 mg per day first two weeks then bump to 50 mg per day, dosed once a day in the a.m.

    however it would be far more helpful and accurate in terms of a recommendation if you gave us an idea of your body fat because that plays a HUGE role here... without knowing that, you cannot possibly expect an accurate assessment or answer... if you dont know, you can post a pic and we can all help you with that but understand, thats one of the biggest factors that is needed...

    Not too bad, you could lean up a bit but your strength is great

    Do not use tren as your first one lol. That shit can be rough

    400 mg per week EQ or Primo

    Or an oral at a lower dose like 20-30 mg dbol

    you are on your way but do have a ways to go.. you are looking about 20-22 at least but i can see you will do quite well if you approach this properly.. you want to get in the 12-13 range realistically to run a SAFE and EFFECTIVE cycle with steroids but using arms will be a huge help to get you there... after seeing where you are at, i would amend the stack for you to where its geared more towards cutting... recomp is not the route you would want to go... the beauty of sarms is how effective they are in holding on to muscle while still cutting... you have to tear down to rebuild properly and its out with the bad to get the good but you can still hold muscle here but gear it towards cutting... this is what to go with

    1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
    1-12 Rad-140 (TESTOLONE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
    1-12 Sr9009 (STENABOLIC) 30 mg day... 10 mg doses 4-5 hours apart
    1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later

    this isnt too bad I think you can do it but EOD pin 200mgs or 50mgs eod with the trenbolone? dont go more than 200mgs/week
    and you are missing n2guard organ support you will need it with trenbolone 7caps ed asap get some

    and you need to keep a log journal on EVO its a must
