Evening all. Long time lurker, first time poster. 35 y/o/M currently on TRT due to a initial Test level of 235 with free test below 5. Currently taking 200mg per week and feel great. Gains in the gym have been awesome. In the past year I've dropped over 40lbs and managed to keep my strength up/improve.
Current stats:
Age: 35.
BW: 226-228 depending on the day.
Fat: No clue.
Bench: 345, Squat: 415, DL:475.
Currently eating maintenance calories and working on recomp. Scale weight doesn't matter to me.
Current TRT dose is 200mg a week, pinning 100mg Monday and Thursday. Last labs in October had my test at 437 and freetest at 9.8. Everything else was nornal. I'm going in tomorrow for another full panel and as long as everything is good, starting on my first cycle. Plan is follows:
200mg Test Cyp per week, pinning eod
200mg Tren A, pinning EOD
GW 20mg per day.
Will have AI on hand based on labs as well as Caber. I'll repeat my labs 6 weeks in. I want the most gains with the least amount of sides for my first cycle.
Diet will stay steady around 2800 calories, following Westside Barbell Tactical programming as I'm a Career Firefighter. Plan is to recomp for 12 weeks, back on just TRT for 8 then bulk up with a proper cycle and maintain that at a lower body fat percentage. How's this sound for a newbie?
