First Time SARM Stack Advice

So as my first cycle this is what I'm planning. Need help on PCT tho...

W1-8 ostarine 25mg/day in the AM
W1-8 S4 50mg (half AM, half pm)
W1-8 Cardarine 20mg/day about half hour before my workout

Now with that being said. What > type of HCgenerate < should I be taking for my PCT and during what weeks should I do it, assuming I'm doing it for four weeks post cycle?

Might seem dumb but.. how do we store these. Can it just sit out on the counter at room temp, in the fridge? Don't want it to go bad or lose potency.

Last question.. how do I consume these? Going to get the liquid form. Do I just drop it right into my throat? Ive heard that mixing it with a drink could make it hard to consume every bit of it because it could stick to the bottle/glass.

Room temp is fine and in your mouth to swallow is fine.

HCGenerate ES is the best option. You can get away with using just the regular HCGenerate but the ES version is stronger.

Store the SARMS in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. They do not need to be refrigerated.

Measure out your SARMS dosage with the dropper inside the vial, squirt it into your mouth, swallow and then chase with water/coffee/juice. Don't mix the SARMS with anything.

I’m 46, been on TRT at 300mg/wk for close to 15 years with 1mg/wk arimidex. Terrible elbow issues, had the shoulders worked already. I like the sound of the SARMS, would like to try the cutting stack that is spoke of so much to start out. Trouble is, I’m obviously not educated in the new supplementation. What would the experienced personnel on here suggest considering the TRT, etc?
I’m 6’, ~220lbs, estimate ~13% body fat. Work 12hr rotations- stinks, have eaten fairly clean all my life, strength would be good, but not imperative. My bench is a 425x2, squat 565x1, deads 565x1. Odd my squats and deads are same, but the rotating shift has taken its toll on hips from setting extended periods, so I’m having to re-educate myself on form again. Bench is what it is, elbows can’t take much any more.
I surely appreciate any and all help!

Use the articles, read them and make what you will of the suggested cycles they include.

bud you need to give your elbow a break.. it is the constant bending that is your issue.. if you keep pounding you will make the problem worse.. ease up on the weight and see if that helps .. and you are wrong.. your lifts are excellent.. how many guys in the gym can bench over 300 pounds? not many.. how many over 400? maybe a handful at most

If you run the healing stack, run a good natural testosterone booster like n2generate ES from n2bm.com after the stack as a mini PCT. Ostarine is suppressive of natural testosterone production.

The fat loss stack is non-hormonal so no PCT is required afterwards.
 
Thank you very much for the responses. Little delay on my end, I work rotating shifts and go to school full time so I get behind needless to say.
I’ll do more research regarding the info I’ve received. I’ve had some GFR issues arise with the kidneys again, so I need to figure out how to not do any more detriment. Dialysis would not be cool at all. Thank you again for the help, and keep it coming, I’m old, but I like the way you young guys are progressing in knowledge.

Stevesmi, believe it or not, the smaller gym I go to in Oak Ridge, TN has some rather incredible lifters frequenting. Look up Pete Rubish...friggin amazing young man, absolute beast. I’m just your average ol guy in the joint.
 
Just curious, has anyone had any issues with kidneys while using SARMS, understanding they aren’t tainted?
 
Thank you again. I’m needing all the help I can get and I at least know to go to the experienced pool instead of reading marketing hype.
 
what you are referring to elevated BUN/creatinine levels.. that is what happens when you break down and repair muscles.. the avg couch potato who never lifts weights won't have that issue.. but as weight lifters and gym rats we do. it is a misleading number and not accurate for us

if you want an accurate number you would have to fast from training for 2 weeks then get blood work. 99% of doctors don't realize that
 
The specialist isn’t concerned with BUN/creatinine. The GFR is what throws the flag, which does include the above mentioned and how they are cleared. The doc actually stated the same thing as you, an average sofa lounger would be in stage 4 failure with my numbers.
 
Just got labs back. Cut out nsaids, extra proteins, pick up on arginine uptake, and everything has almost returned to “normal” levels.
