    Is frutose so bad?

    We all know is very hard to bulk when is a real bulk eating clean food , and of course one easy way to get calories without going to McDonalds is add fruit juice, honey, and bananas to the offseason diet. But when you search on google said fructose is only absorved by liver and only a couple of fruits are enough and the rest will be stored as fat because the body dont uses fructose as glycogen , is that true?
    But some top pros use alot fruit juice offseason and honey like Antoinne Vailant , and is coached by a good coach. Is he wrong?

    the reason naturally occurring fructose (found in fruit) is not as harmful as industrial fructose is that fruit also contains fiber, which slows down the absorption of fructose.

    So eat whole organic fruits or at worse fruit juice that is raw And unpasteurized

    Donít drink filtered juice

    This stuff is found in any decent nutrition book. People should read more books it will make people smarter on this info. I recommend Jason fungs books. It is full of human studies on all of this

    I know a athlete that can eat 1kg rice before been cooked , its 800gr of carbs just in rice but most people cant do that , so lets have fun on Mc Donalds

    people in Asia have been eating rice forever. and they never were fat. you know what made Chinese people fat the past 20 years? a growing middle class and them having money to go out to eat at American style restaurants and the introduction of sugary foods like soda and sweets. this same thing happened in the USA. Americans didn't start getting fat until they changed how they eat and what they eat. the Natives were always skinny until they started following the American diet lifestyle. now they have 80% obesity in some reservations, 100 years ago they had 0%. so it isn't just a genetic thing

    so no you won't get fat off rice or fruit. and with your genetics and all the shit you are taking Monster you could eat mcdonalds and stay shredded. it isn't a big secret or conspiracy. plenty of NFL guys eat fast food and cereal openly, party and drink, and they can still run a 4.6 40 and are shredded. however the guys who do eat healthy and take care of themselves last longer. see Tom Brady who follows a plant based diet and fasts regularly.

    well i hope you guys know the difference between fructose in fruit, and extracted fructose. cause they aren't the same thing. this is why fruit won't spike your insulin very much but refined sugar will

    again read a nutrition book on this stuff.
