Well, it’s about time I made a move... I’ve been off gear almost 4 months now. last month and 1/2 on modified workouts. Rehabbing and recovering my shoulder and letting the elbow tendinitis (both arms) recess. Bloodwork came back great! Lil shutdown from trt and rbc is marginally high. Everything else is perfect.
Can’t hold back the BEAST any longer.
It’s time..
Stats. Male, 35 years old. 6’ tall 195-202 lbs first thing in the morning.
Athlete most of my life (endurance based, boxing biathlon, running) focused on bodybuilding for 2 years.
I have done two cycles both last year.
400mg test 12 weeks
and 300 mg test 800 eq. 15 weeks
I’ve played with tne and various orals as pre workout.
My long term goal is 240 lbs 10% within 4 more years. Started at 168lbs
currently 200lbs at 14%
I’m hoping to add and keep 10-15 lbs on this one.
Nutrition. (70% imo)
I’ll be starting at 300 pro, 350 carbs 100 fats. Ramping up as the drugs kick in and training intensifies.
I eat VERY clean.
rice, oatmeal, sweet potato, fresh fish, chicken, lean ground beef, eggs and more eggs, avocado, nuts, berries. Etc
Training (20% imo)
I’ll be running a bro split for the first 4-6 weeks
Sun. Chest mon.back tues. legs wed. Shoulders thurs. arms. Followed by “play day” (just do what I like often work lagging muscles, and stretch) and a rest day.
This will allow me to pound the piss out of each group and fully recover as the drugs build in my system.
Cardio and sauna eod 1/2h each.
Drugs (10%imo.. the icing)
Week 1-15
Test at 500 mg ew. (Pharma Valeant)
Week 1-5 Dbol at 30 mg Ed (10mg wake 10mg pre 10mg bed) (Almere apotheec ugl)
Week 5-15 1-test cyp aka DHB 400 mg/ew. (Private brewer, brewed to 150/ml)
Serms and ai on hand. And based on previous bloodwork. Reviews with doc, my endo and how I feel, I will not be using an ai unless I have sides or bloodwork shows my estrogen and test out of a 10/1 ratio.
