Update from my previous post -
"Covid-19 12wk Rebound w/ Growth Phase plan for future"
- Lockdown: I put on a ton of fat from doing nothing but a research paper and eating like complete shit. Weighing 247lbs
- Post lockdown: I grinded for 12 weeks, no drugs other that 150mg/wk of prescribed testosterone for TRT. Dropped 40+ pounds and got to 204lbs.
- Currently: I began my growth phase just over 5 weeks ago after my rebound @ 203lbs. The plan is to keep the gains fairly lean and steady this go-around rather than throwing in DBol and a boatload of carbs.
- Current weight: 217lbs and right around the same exact body-fat percentage 10%-13% (7pt pinch test, not dexascan)
So far everything is going as planned. Only issue I've had is blood pressure. Spent a little bit of time trying to dial that down before lowering my dosages. I am now using citrulline, tumeric, Carditone 2x daily, 1 extra fish oil, and swanson's fruit flow. That has worked GREAT and taken my BP from the 160s-170s (high as hell huh!?) to an average of 130/84.
***Guys, check your damn blood pressure please, you're doing yourself a great deal of harm by not simply checking it a few times a week. I didn't feel any different, yet my BP was in the 170s/90. That's horrible af and I'm willing to bet there's a lot out there that feel fine rn too, so check it for your own good***
