    GW501516 ideal for calf building

    The endurance and quick recovery between sets is absolutely ideal in my opinion if you're on a mission to get bigger calves.

    I've started my journey to bigger calves about a year ago more or less. I had originally started with my first slin cycle and just tried to do the same old once or twice a week calf workouts. We all know what they say about doing the same thing over and over and hoping to get a different result. I gained some strength in the beginning just from doing heavy weight. But almost NO GROWTH! At least not visible growth.

    Anyway long story short I've used my recent injuries to devote at least 3 full hours to calves only for the last 2 weeks and have seen even more change. I'm rambling now but point of the story is if you want calf growth you have to PUNISH THEM!!! Real punishment. And GW is just the drug to keep you pumping your calves full of blood. Fantastic tool.

    Very nice post, gw can be a great addition to GYM workouts.It should be used alot more by people offcycle as well.

    at 40 years old, my cardio levels are the best they have been in over 10 years.I do 5 miles a day of cardio and not even very tired.About 3 years ago i was struggling to do 3 miles a few times a week.

    Yeah bud GW and after a few mid week solid rides (table scraps) my calves are full and nice. Really been hitting squats too nothing like having the wheels to match the frame.

    That's good I did a 12min flat 2mile in the army but my legs were skinny. I couldn't touch that now. Maybe with GW and some practice lol I my legs can just go forever on the stuff. Love it.

    GW really changes workouts. You need to take advantage of the extra time/sets/endurance you can put in. Eat those extra cals post workout to support growth......things will get better.....Ask me how i know..??

    i started a hi/low program yrs ago and still do it.

    HI -30 reps - mild weight, LOW - 6 reps - as much as you can possibly move. anywhere from 4-8 sets depending on other leg workouts done that same week.

    after 3 months i start to be able to see growth, plus i had gained 1 inch of size (dia.)

    otherwise it took me years to get 1-2 inches of growth.

    well to be honest I have an endurance running history. in high school for soccer we would run A LOT and also for weightlifting practice we would jog laps in the 95 degree heat EVERYDAY so we could make weight.

    and then in my 20's I competed in endurance sports. so now that I am older even though I have a lot of muscle packed on its easy to get my wind back quicker than most of you guys on here.

    I would say for a lifter even 8 minute mile is still excellent.

    I may try to do a 5k soon just for fun. Who knows maybe muscle memory will kick in lol then again maybe the extra leg muscle will help. I don't weigh any more than I did in the army it's just leaner and better dispersed. Maybe I'll start running again man, you're inspiring me!
