    Help reading blood work

    Good afternoon,
    I have been on 250mg per week test for several years, I used to run it with HCG for fertility reasons but lost source and slacked and havent run HCG for over 6 months and now my wife and I are talking about IVF. I went and got bloods done last week and below are some of my questions, any help would be great!

    So I just got my bloods back, I think its good news that my LH and FSH levels are in normal range, they are on the low side of normal but normal none the less. There are some things that are off on it though like in the HIGH and LOW range, can anyone with experience in blood work please take a look and let me know what this means? If my LH and FSH levels are in normal range does that mean Im somewhat okay at this test level if I add hcg in to continue at this dose leading up to IVF? I know I need to get a sperm analysis before I know anything 100% but is this blood work a good sign that I'm not completely shut down?? Ill attach the blood work. Doing a little digging it says my BUN and creatine levels are HIGH could this be based off of my high meat diet? Generally have 1.5lbs beef with vegetables at lunch and 1-2lbs of steak at dinner with vegetables

    So the BUN and Creatinine levels are High, eGFR If NonAfricn Am is low and all of these point to Kidney or liver issues, could the fact that I trained my ass off kickboxing for over an hour about 1.5 hours prior to this and I fasted 12 hours leading up to the test cause these fluctuated levels? Starting to have a mini panick attack lol.
    Also A/G Ratio is High, Alkaline Phosphatase is Low and Estradiol is low. I currently dont take an AI.

    Any help/assistance would be greatly appreciated!

    when you workout you break down muscle and also excrete a lot of things that will show up in the BUN/creatinine. it is normal for that to be elevated. alot of doctors even get confused on that, if you didn't workout for 2 weeks then tested you would get normal levels

    as far as LH and FSH. those are supposed to be shut down when you are on gear. that is normal and it is hardly an indication of your sperm count. go get sperm tested is the only way

    and also i don't like that you are on 250mg a week of test. that is dangerous for not only your heart health but also your prostate. you have a million cancer cells in your prostate and overdosing on test like that for years is not smart and shame on your doctor for putting you on that

    Did you train fasted and then continue to fast? No need to freak out...yet... just get your diet in check for a week or two and don't train your ass off before a test and do the bloodwork again. Results can fluctuate.

    Thank you for the reply, Im actually going to do the Perfect PCT in March, I would do it now but I would have to take a week off right in the middle of it. Going forward from now until then do you recommend I take my dose to 125-150?

    Yeah I started fasting at midnight the night before and trained hard from 930-10am and then had bloods drawn at noon that day, I had maybe a mouth full of water in my system at that time. I also took my morning meds, armor thryroid, strattera bcaa.

    This is way out of my scope but if you train hard at K1/MT you will have stressed your body, nothing with your HPTA but the kidney/liver may have been overstimulated. Either way would be interested to see the results of the next bloodwork if you think to post it. Good luck, I hope you get some more advice here.

    If you dont mind me asking what do you mean by "train hard at K1/MT" Kickboxing /muay thai?

    Yeah, K1 is dutch style kickboxing "Glory rules" and Muay Thai, I have competed in both and still train K1 and classic boxing. Best decision I ever made was to start training and competing years and years ago.

    maybe i am misunderstanding your post but you said you were on 250mg a week test for 3 years right? if so a PCT more likely than not will not recover your HPTA. you probably will be looking at TRT for life unless you really get lucky and come off and struggle for a few months and hope

    and yes proper TRT levels long term should be around 125mg a week, that is how much your body would create on its own. you should not need an AI if you were on the proper dosage.

    Thank you for the reply, this is depressing news, would it hurt to try a PCT? I will immediately lower to 125 mg from here until I return early March.
