There are two main classes of hormones -
1. Cholesterol based hormones - think testosterone estrogen
2. Peptide based hormones - think HGH insulin
HGH is a peptide. It is impossible for it to cause emasculating side effects in female like clit enlargement.
You need to read up on HGH before taking it. It's not a steroid so it doesn't have that effect.

And 3 Weeks isn't enough time for it to Help ~ Especially at Lower Doses.
I have to agree with Stevesmi.
Getting enough Sleep, and Eating Well, will go a lot further to help with Recovery.
Try to go to Sleep at the same time every night, and Wake at the same time, if possible.
A Study done at Northwestern University.

Thereby helping it Recover from the day, and Reducing the Risk of Heart Disease................ JP
P.S.
