Weekends are my favorite....I do a crazy leg day on Saturday with the hub...Sunday is super early in the morning before anybody in my house wake up. I love it
I typically do abs and cardio on Saturday followed by an off day or just cardio on Sunday. It doesn't always work this way but I try. Besides,my raining on the weekends at more likely to keep you away from bad food choices,alcohol, etc.
