How many hours do you train per day?

I'm pushing myself to get to 1 1/2 hours. No way could I get training volume I like in that time. I'm using 1 minute rest periods between sets. I use to train as long as 3 hours a day, and a lot of that was natural. 2 min set between sets and 3 for chest and legs. At my age I will stay at 1 1/2 hrs a day.

Just curious to see what other guys are doing. Now my work hasn't been physically demanding and that makes a difference. The gym is where I get all my exercise.

Roughly 3 hours per day 6 days a week for me. That time includes my daily cardio as well though which is typically 30 to 45 minutes (sometimes an hour if I to the gym early enough and they aren't kicking me out yet.)

2 hours per day, 3-4 days per week. Rest 3-5 times the length of your set.

Forget the time. Most of us don't actually go in the gym as quick as we could. So there's no point to the numbers above. None.

40-90 minutes each session. absolutely no reason to exceed that. guys training for half marathons don't even train longer than that.

2 hours of my training per day is all cardio and thats five days a week.. lifting more than a hour is just overkill... for most, that means they are talking too much or playing on their phone etc... 45-60 for me on lifting but im all business... 30-45 second rests and a lot of supersets as well...
