    How should I start?

    Im 17 6'1 and 85kg and want to start cycling, Can anyone tell me what I should be taking/When and all the other details.

    the sensible response is "DUDE ARE YOU FUCKING NUTS??!"

    bottom line is fucking with your hormones at 17 is extremely damaging to your reproductive health and the consequences can and will be permanent. ask anyone who used steroids that young and they had test levels of an 80 year old man at 25.

    this might sound crazy but you don't NEED STEROIDS TO LIFT WEIGHTS!!

    Exhaust all natural means before even thinking of steroids.

    A lot of guys get on to steroids at an early age when they dont realize that their body isnt going to even be fully mature until mid 20's. Others will tell you its fine but they are giving reckless advice that you will regret taking later on.

    Bro just keep eating well, have a good diet and get some protein shakes and hit the gym as much as you can. Don't do cycles you're totally not in an age to start with this stuff

    Yeah, no I wont start cycling, its just always tempting seeing people like David Laid whos so obviously taking steroids since hes 17 and looks great. Im a picky eater which also doesnt help my case, I mainly just eat plain chicken fillets. Any suggestions for food plans or foods I should be eating for B/L/D ?

    A good clean diet of whole foods, and some creatine monohydrate is all you need. You should have sky high natural testosterone right now, and you should take advantage of that instead.

    You shouldn't take a damn thing for at least as another 8 years minimum. All you need is food and the right training
