    Testosterone and npp or test and EQ.but first cycle just run test solo for 8 weeks atleast then add in npp or EQ for another 8 weeks or 12-16 weeks respectively,all the best bro

    Even if it's true he's probably over training and simply easing up would help with gains.

    But it IS kinda foolhardy to make such a claim.

    Yeah can be but it ain't hard to be the hardest worker in the gym these days,all the Snapchats n tik tokers,the show ponies that spend more time in the mirror than on the weights,the guys that have no idea how to train properly and so on,hence why they stagnate and don't improve the gains.
