    Injured Mid Cycle

    Hey guys, Mid Sarms cycle or really toward the end about 2/3 thru and had a back spasm flare up which happens a few times a year due to 2 herniated disc in my lower back. From experience I can tell you its gonna keep me out of the from 4-7 days. Should I continue to keep taking what iv been taking at the same dose during that time?

    If you have more 3 weeks or more left, I'd say stay on.

    you have to change up the way you weight train with herniated discs otherwise you will continue having bigger issues going forward

    Yeah I can't squat or deadlift at all. Leg press is fine tho. Some times rows bothers me. Ironically I tweaked it this time simply standing up out of a chair at work.

    i would suggest you use a standup desk at work. sitting is doing your disc no favors. i've been using that for years and it has helped tremendously

    also an inversion table and hot yoga is going to be mandatory. inversion table ED and hot yoga 2-3X per week going forward

    and obviously changing how you lift. anything that puts compression on your spine is a no-no. that would eliminate a lot of exercises unfortunately but you can come back in time

    I don't even mess with squats or deadlifts anymore. After some herniated discs it just isn't worth it. Some people say it's your form but my back has given out doing warm ups with just the bar.

    Agree, although I believe it has hurt my lower body development.
