Just got blood test results and Liver enzymes very high?

My AST is 73 normaal range 0-37.
My ALT is 161 normal range 15-65.
My liver enzymes are out of whack. I haven't got my test levels in maybe tomorrow, because they have to send them out.

I have started taking LV 52.
I was wondering what else might help?

I am taking LIV 52, Animal Pak because it has milk Thistle and a lot of the cycle support ingredients.
N2Guard is it just cycle support?? Or is it a stand alone brand because they don't have it on Amazon.
