Trenbolone acetate 100mgs EOD
Testosterone enanthate 50mgs 2x per week

if you want to do test and tren
do 50mgs eod of each test prop and tren ace
 
no... not even remotely close to the answer... anyone advising you that is the answer clearly didnt ready our entire post or literally doesnt give one ounce of care about you in any way.;..

you need to dig into your diet as well as training... why dont you post examples of your typical diet as well as your weekly breakdown of training splits/types etc...

I would lower the tren dose. do 250mgs total per week.
 
You should only run testosterone first up, research as much as you can,ask more questions and don't run tren yet,if you're adamant on running steroids you need to start with testosterone only and learn from there,up to 500mg per week is a good start, minimum start at 350 then up,you have plenty of time to learn every compound,it's a journey bro not a sprint.what about your pct,any plans with that or don't even know what that is.
