    Late night appetite suppressant

I take a medication (Seroquel) that makes me ravenously hungry at bedtime.

Is there something, not speed based (which most app suppressants are) that can help?

My diet is good all day, and then I eat insane amounts of food at night, sometime I will wake up and sleep-eat. And I always eat bad foods, like waffles w/ butter/syrup.

Actually, the waffles are 8 grain and the butter isn't really butter its an olive oil spread, but I have gained 15 lbs ever since I started the med.

Ask your about alternative meds, that's where I would start.

    So not sleep eating then.

I would definitely do this first. Tell your dr. See if there is an alternative med you can take.

you absolutely need to discuss this with your doctor.. perhaps theres something they can give you to counter the effects etc... most appetite suppressants in supplement form or other compounds that can suppress your appetite would likely interfere with your sleep

find a good quality electrolyte mix drink from your health food store that doesn't have artificial sweeteners. what happens a lot of times is people equate dehydration with appetite

but the bottom line here is you are taking a very strong drug to combat and very serious mental issue. if you read my posts you know my position on taking any medication. i want people to not need anything. i mean shit most of us already use steroids and need to take a lot of shit already, so why add more drugs to the equation? makes no sense.
Now taking clients for 1 on 1 consults via skype. hit me up

Bananas, if you feel the need to eat at night just eat a banana. I know it sounds way to simple but trust me it works and I would tell you to drink the biggest glass of water (I do sparkling water since there are many different flavors I like).
