    Talking LeFr34k's 2nd Log (TestE/Primo/Anav/Prov/GW)

    Hello everyone!

    Started juicing today


    Stats

    Weight: 203.06lbs
    BF %: 14.7%
    Age: 35
    Height: 5'10


    12 Week Cycle
    Cardarine 1-12 (20mg ea in the AM)
    300 test enan - per week
    600 primo - per week
    50g anavar - daily (1-6 weeks)
    25g proviron per day (1-12 weeks)
    7x N2Guard (1-14)

    For my PCT, I will be following the Masonic Builder guide (The Perfect PCT Simplified)

    right now I'm up to 5 quest bars per day I think thats about 110grams of protein and 3 shakes so close to 200grams of protein and Im growing strong
    lets see them meal plans
