    Lethargic on steroids

If my blood work is perfect and it is perfect I go it done last week. Why am I so lethargic on steroids? I quit EQ and it will be a while before that gets out of my system now im just on test 300mg proviron 50mg and masteron 400mg. I just added in masteron this week so it has not done much.

Once again I repeat blood work is perfect. Estrogen etc all fine and good, Liver enzymes good. So what would cause lethargy? Low cortisol?

I don't have a scientific answer for you as to why but it is the same thing for me. I always feel much more lethargic when on cycle verses off.

Most people experience the same thing. On cycle I am always tired and sleep a lot more then when on off cycle.

I have heard that steroids cause lethargy a lot but you could could try increasing your carbs by eating more Oatmeal, potatoes, whole weat pasta for example. I eat more carbs before and after work outs always.

Is it true nandrolone and dbol dont lower your cortisol? That is why people report feeling euphoric feeling on dbol. Anyone know anything about this? Lower cotrisol will make you lethargic.

anabolic steroids (some more than others) nutrition partition because they are so anabolic right? okay so think about it.. that means they deplete your body of glycogen, so you must feed your body consistently with carbs throughout the day or you will feel fatigued. if you are doing a keto or low carb diet and running a lot of steroids you will feel like shit for sure, add in stimulants and you will feel even shittier.

another reason you feel fatigued is increasing mass and strength in a short amount of time is stress on the body. those that use steroids and put on 5 or 10 pounds quickly are going to feel it.

the solution is spread your carbs out and also lower your dosages.. you will feel much better. you can run a low dose of steroids and do a caloric deficit with success. just don't try that with tren

I would look at diet and water intake. Those two things can really help with energy if you make proper adjustments.

While this is something completely normal on a cycle, I would pay a close attention to diet, as it is usually a game-changer, and it can really help to reduce the lethargy.
