LGD v Ostarine - Which to take?

    Hey guys,

So I ran an Ostarine only cycle for 8 weeks recently and I have to say, the results were quite good that I was constantly asked if I was juicing.

I was planning on doing another cycle soon however I've been reading into LGD quite a bit. With Ostarine I didn't really notice too much of a difference with the strength gains, it was more on the aesthetic side. I read that LGD helps with strength gains and I wouldn't mind repping some new PBs.

My question is, what side effects have you experienced whilst using LGD? I've read it does suppress quite a bit so PCT is a must. I've also read that it holds water a lot more than Ostarine. Other sides I've read are hair loss, shedding and hair growth.

Has anyone used both Ostarine and LGD? Is so, which did you prefer and what differences did you notice with them?

If I was to take LGD, should I opt for an 8 or 12 week cycle. Is an AI necessary during cycle?

real lgd does NOT hold water whatsoever... either is fine... lgd just adds more size and strength and will have more suppression but if its real, its not drastic... you are reading about sides people are getting using prohormones labeled as sarms
