    Liquid aminos only?

    I'm planning to use the Liquid amino only as my source of protein as I did gastric-bypass and it's really hard to have tablet amino and it's awful to remain on the powder.
    If I manage to get the equivalent required amount of protein only from liquid amino will that be ok?

    My goal is to build muscles

    you wont get the equivalent from liquid amino and no, not at all would that be ok...

    powders and pills are not where you should be getting your protein.

    Why not just eat protein sources?
