Long term plan to keep progressing

Was wondering what a good long term plan is cycle wise.. Lets take classic physique for example, what kind of cycles would be recommended to get to that kind of size over years time ?

Using tren on ur first cycle would be stupid, U cant go anywhere from there unless u take crazy doses. So what are some good bulking cycles that can be laid out to keep adding size.


Ofcourse alot of factors are at play such as genetics, pct's of the cycles, diet, training etc but lets say everything is on point.

I agree it's not your best option for first cycle but little bit confused about the latter part?
Also you must already know that there are as many roads as there are people to becoming a pro level competitor in any of these physique classes.

Guys who are lucky, meaning guys with great genetics can get away with less amount of drugs whilst the not so gifted might have to really push their bodies to get there. That's just the sad reality.

Genetics decides where you go. WSM competitors do not have it in them to do a fitness / figure thing even if they had a sex change

As fella finn pointed out, the statement above isn't really true.

Iv heard people say that also but technically that's incorrect.

It's just strongly suggested to add one compound at a time so you know exactly what's going on and how it effects you.

For example ideally, first cycle is like 500 test and allows you to pinpoint the correct ai dose through a bit of experimentation and blood tests. Once this is figured out and this experience has been gained, you then add one additional compound.
If it's strategic enough and you have your shit sorted really well this is an ideal way to successfully take large amounts of multiple compounds.

Now some people are lucky and boom just jump on 750 test and a big dose of tren and are really in tune with their bodies and run successful cycles with proper ai dosing, caber ect. And continue to just smash gear.

Others may struggle and battle with estrogen highs and lows never truely getting that estrogen sweet spot and a mirriad of other side effects...
 
the issue with using tren is simple. nothing else compares so you will just want to use tren every cycle until you get so sick of using it and how shitty it makes you feel that you won't want to use it again. so save it for the future when you are truly ready and can take advantage of it

It really doesnt matter much on compounds to be honest. I know guys that have been using tons of drugs including tren nonstop for years that barely look like they lift.

The magic happens in the kitchen, the gym, and unfortunately the biggest piece is genetics...the part you cant change
 
As everyone else has already pointed out, genetics, training, and diet are the most important things. The PEDs are just the kick in the pants.
 
No 1 mentioned rest...sleep is where u grow...so lifting hard eating right and dosing aas right means nothing if your not recovering properly
