Looking for density & vascularity

week 1-10 1000 mg EQ
pct- nolvadex 2 weeks after last test shot

lots of calories and lots of protein...2nd cycle first cycle was deca 300 cyp 400 and dbol 40.....hoping to get wicked vascularity and some major muslce gains and denisty, what do u think?do any of u have similiar expiernece with anything like this?thanks

doses are completely unnecessary dude... you dont need a gram of eq nor do you need that much test and i would highly doubt you get a lot of vascularity running test that high... your pct is so incomplete as well... i really dont see a lot of good coming from this set up at all

Ehh 600mg of test is the sweet spot for me. No sides at all, can keep AI at a low dose, etc. Any more than that and its side effect central for my ass.

BUT back on topic, since you ran 400mg of test last time, why not just bump it to 500mg first and go from there? Also, if the 400mg of test worked great last time, why run that amount again? Don't try to fix something that isn't broken brotha.
1000mg of EQ is a bit much, I'd drop it to 600mg. Also, EQ's half life is even longer than Deca's so id run it past just 10 weeks, at the least run it 12 weeks and run your test 14 weeks. Hope you have an AI on hand as well.
PCT definitely needs some help. At the very least, if I were you, I would definitely add Clomid into the mix and extend your PCT by 2-4 weeks. Something like this
wk 1: 50mg clomid ED, 20mg Nolva ED
wk 2: 50mg clomid ED, 20mg Nolva ED
wk 3: 25mg clomid ED, 10mg Nolva ED
wk 4: 25mg clomid ED, 10mg Nolva ED
Wk 5: 12.5mg clomid ED, 10mg Nolva ED
wk 6: 10mg Nolva ED

It's a simple cookie cutter PCT that most likely will do the job but JUST Nolvadex for ONLY 2 weeks...that surely won't cut it man and your going to run into some damn near guaranteed issues.
 
I'd say drop the eq and test doses both a bit to be honest, and run the eq the full 12 weeks (or a few more). Also you need a full 2 serm 6 week PCT
 
I’ve ran 1200mg pw of EQ and it was a total waste of gear as far as results go .compared to the results that I got on just 600mg pw
 
Vascularity will all be dependent on how well the diet is in check bro!
 
The whole vascularity thing can be very confusing. Photos are posted online of someone all covered in veins (either horrific or cool depending on your point of view) and people will say 'he's ripped to shreds'. No he isn't. Often as not (except in a few rare cases) there's not that much muscle separation. A great example of a very vascular athlete is Frank McGrath. He did a LOT of the B&W stuff for Animal supps. But as a stage athlete he just wasn't that amazing. There are other athletes who you rarely see a vein on who are ripped and or have great muscle separation. It's not a sign of condition in and of itself. Consider looking at glycogen enhancing products over roids and PED's.

Even if you are lean and are predisposed to being veiny it can come down to carbs, sodium and water. A dehydrated athlete will struggle to have their veins pop. Then there's the pump. I'm no where near as lean as I used to be when I started out training but regularly see the of vein on my shins and my brachial muscle / forearm tie in when I'm doing my high rep / crazy weight hammer curls.

Vascularity is a fickle bitch. Some days I have veins popping all over my upper and lower arms and legs even though I haven't worked out that day. Some days I don't. I agree that I think it has a lot to with some combination of carbs and hydration.
 
One final tip, assuming you're lean as always, is using natural vasodilators. Forget (for reasons I gave before) ED's like Viagra. Instead look at niacin, beetroot or pomegranate juice.
