Lost body fat but no lbs on scale?

Has anyone else lost body fat but weight on the scale stayed pretty much the same?

plenty of people do... thats what happens when you do a recomp... add size and lose body fat... the more lean muscle you gain, the more fat you lose...

Yep. It's called recomp. Adding muscle and losing fat is the dream.

As Mobster said, that is the dream. Everyone comes on here with the goal of "gaining muscle and losing fat".

That's pretty much what happens for me on a lot of cycles. Weight doesn't change much but I do get a little bigger and leaner. I eat and train for recomp almost exclusively

Yep I typically stay at 185. Training and diet in check I'm a lean 185. Goes to shit then I'm 185 with a bit more chub.
