    UGL + TRT double ship come in today so I'll have a nice little stash pic soon.

    Today was Legs + Shoulders! Was pressed for time so this workout was little rushed and not as long as I'd like but hey that's life


    Leg Press - Warmup 2 plates x 20 | Working Sets 3 Plates x 20 4plates x 15 5 Plates x 12 6 Plates x 10

    Bulgarian Split Sqauts Dumbbells | 12x20 12x25 12x30 12x30

    Quad Extensions One legged 40x12 50x12 60x12 70x12


    Shoulders | Superset Lateral Raises with dumbbell shoulder press

    Lat raises 17.5x20 20x20 22.5x20 25x20
    Shoulder Press 45x12 47.5x12 50x12 55x12

    Front DB raises 22.5x12 for 4 sets
    Upright Shoulder Raises straight bar 80lbx12 4 sets

    Burnout smith machine shoulder press 105x12 4 sets


    Tomorrow is back day!

    Weight today was 184.5 post workout. Sticking around there so going to implement some snacking in between meals thinking some nuts + tuna for good fats + solid protein to see if I can't move the needle a bit. Slow and steady though.

    Good Morning!

    100mg Cyp + 50mg var this AM with my eggs + oats + supplements +coffee.

    Anyone's brain feel scrambled after they take orals like Anavar with coffee? Not sure what to make of it but feel real head in the clouds for an hour afterward before I get going to the gym; borderline uncomfortable. I'm highly drug sensitive and I'm sure some of it is placebo but it's almost like I don't know what to do with myself for that time.

    Back day today, heading to the gym in 45. Should be a good one, I'll report back with the routine + numbers.

    I'm dialed in and CRUISING! Took about 12 weeks of playing with dosing, but I am firing on all 10 cylinders right now (I'm partial to a V10, teaser of my RWS R8 below).

    Dumbbell extensions | controlled with negatives one armed 4x15 | 20lbs



    Feeling absolutely amazing after a rest day and getting back at it. Pumps are great, fullness is great, no more feeling up and down during injection days or when taking var. Just smooth sailing. Diet is on point, losing some fat as well around the midsection. Thanks var!

    I agree, was probably being a little defensive because in my mind I want to see progression but I agree from reading a lot about anecdotal experiences a lot of guys are hopping on gear thinking it's magic. Thanks for keeping me honest about numbers; definitely one of the most important parts of this log!
