    Low dose MK?

    What do you guys think about using low dose MK for helping to heal tendonitis? I just got a wicked case of tennis elbow again and I'm wondering if this might help out at all. I'm thinking low dose, like 12.5 EOD or maybe half that daily.

    no, that wont work nor do it... you want the full dose for that purpose and you need to take it daily... 25 mg per day... you will be very disappointed if you run it that way...

    You want to run the full 25mg oer day recommended dose
