Mini diets why are they useful and how can you use them to grow more optimal you’ve been pushing hard foods high workouts intense but you begin feeling less responsive food volume can’t get any higher appetite is lower pumps are fading

I found fasting is hard on me when I want to bulk up, I can only do fasting to get shredded.
 
this sounds like carb cycling. never heard of the term mini diet.

the typical american diet is already rich in carbs, i think there needs to be more fat in a persons diet and less carbs

makes more sense to just fast. do what Big Ramy does. fast one month a year.

I like that idea, mini diets. Like you're bulking up 16-20 but you inject 4 weeks of a mini cutting diet and add probiotics and digestive enzymes.

That's a good idea, I like this method. It would spike your results too.
 
I’ve become a big fan of fasting. Seems to help “reset” my appetite
