I do what I do because physical exercise is my therapy. My zen. I’ve heard a lot of friends talk about lacking motivation. It’s not motivation they’re lacking, it’a discipline. Discipline gets me up every morning at 6a for my morning workouts with only 4hrs sleep. Discipline is what keeps my diet on point when cravings are strong. Motivation comes later. The motivation to continue towards your goal(s). Discipline runs my game
