    Which muscles go catabolic first?

    After a cycle, I've heard cortisol levels rise and test levels drop. But what i want to know is: What are the muscles that go catabolic the quickiest? Would it be the largest muscles of the body going first?

    Cortisol should effect them all. You can really mitigate this by adding cardarine to your PCT though. Esarms.com is who I get mine from.

    its not one particular muscle but more so than that, they key here is to run a PROPER pct to mitigate and avoid these issues from happening...

    when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for...     people who worry about 'going catabolic' don't have a strong base in the first place.

    it is normal to give and take muscle over time. you don't just add muscle daily for the rest of your life. if that was the case you would be dead in no time

    so my not smartass answer is pay no attention to that. just run a good pct and recover. accept you will take a step back which will allow you to move forward

    Generally the ones that are most developed or most dependant on high levels of androgens. Like if you have small legs but huge capped delts your delts will go catabolic long before your legs.
