    My 5 year body transformation.

    Sup Fellas, just wanted to share my progress if you guys don't mind.
    It's been 5 years since I started weight lifting. I was natty the first 3 years. In case anyone is curious, over the past 2 years I've ran 5 SARM cycles and 2 GEAR cycles. I'm currently 5"11 and 210 lbs. Trying to cut down 185ish by the end of the summer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7cOz...jBYayu3A4sFHOc

    Thanks, appreciate it. I'm guessing I'm around 15%-18% bodyfat. I'm hoping to get down to 10% or lower by the end of summer. Appreciate all the dieting advice I can get for free but i cant afford a trainer right now

    Dieting is no secret. Your looking to cut?

    Eat chicken, fish, all the green vegetables and green leafy veg you want. Egg whites, protein shakes, and your cheat meal is salad dressing with your chicken and salad.

    Donít eat bread or any carbs other than whatís from veggies.

    Consistency is the key to any diet.
