My Bulking Cycle Log

I’ve been on trt test cream for 3 + years, dr prescription. I switched to injections in Aug 3,22’ with test C at .5mg of 100/ml 2x/wk. I switched to test E and slowly increased up to 250mg/wk on Aug 20, then 500mg/wk on Sept 3.

First cycle was test E at 500 mg/wk for 12 wks, ended Nov 19, (I currently cruse at 200mg/wk.)
rad 140 25mg/Ed- typically 8 wks(ended Jan 7, 23’)
Mk677 15mg/Ed-typical 8 wks(ended Jan 7,23’)
Cardarine 25mg/Ed- concurrent.

My next cycle is pending bloodwork and help from this evolutionary family.

Recommend beginners cycle from PT:
16 weeks-
Test C 250mg/ml 1ml 2x/wk 1-16
Deca 300mg/ml .75ml 2x/wk 1-8
Dbol 50mg Ed/wk 1-6,25mg Ed wk 7-8
Tren E 200mg/ml .5ml 2x/wk 9-14, .25mg 2x/wk 15-16
Winstrol 50mg Ed/wk 8-14,25mg/wk 15-16
Aromasin 12.5mg 2x/wk 1-16

My bio is:

5’9”
185 lbs
Been training consistently 5x/wk for the last 3+ years. My goal is to be at 190 lbs by Jan 2024 with 12-15% body fat.
Currently at 18 ish. My 3000/day calorie diet is clean with typical chicken Breast, broccoli and rice, protein powder, apple, eggs, steak, sweet potatoes, fruit, etc, meal plan provided by my PT.

Looks like a classic bulking cycle.

I’d drop the tren if this is your second cycle ever

The sides can be hard to manage

Second cycle? Not a good idea man.
 
Sounds like diet and training are locked in great. I do not recommend that much gear though man. Especially tren at 55 and in only your second cycle. Test at 200-300mg with deca at 400mg is more than enough.
