OK, since I've been asked a few times in Recent Months.
Devildog just asked yesterday - I dug up my Cholesterol Statistics going back to 2005.
A little Back Story
In 2005, I was in Excruciating Pain, and waiting on a Double Hip Replacement.
I was also on the VA's Pain Clinic - list of Drugs I was taking at the Time.
MS-Contin - 100 mg 3 x a Day (Morphine Sulfate Continuous Release)
Hydrocodone I-R -10 mg 4 x a Day for Breakthrough Pain (Immediate release)
Neurontin AKA (Gabapentin) - 400 mg 6x a Day - For Nerve Pain
That's the Big Three

Explanation on Particle Size %
I started to do this because the VA wasn't doing the VAP test that gives the Particle Size.
You take your HDL # and Divide it into the Tri #, if the # is 3.8% or Higher, you have BB like LDL, they will Occlude the Artery.
If the # is under 3.8% then the LDL is Pillow Like and won't stick together.
I ran across this Info in the Protein Power Book in the late 90's by Dr. Eades.
OK, now I've been Posting #'s like this Since the 70's, so According to the Doctors, I should be Dead, for about 20 years now.
You can see that when I wasn't Working out and Eating like Shit in 2005 & 06.
I got off the Pain Clinic in very Late 05, still Ate like Shit.
By 2007 started to Workout and Started to go back to my Higher Protein Diet.
A Set back in 2009, I thought the Hips were done, took 6 months Off, Diet like Shit again.
I caught a Break in early 2010 with some Corticosteroid Injection's, and I haven't looked back.
Are my #'s Reproduceable - to a Degree - this seems to run in Families - my Older Sister has higher HDL than I do.
Basically, my Diet since 2010, and most of my Life.
Protein - is never under 200 Grams a Day - depending on Weight - I will go to 300 and higher.
Carbs - I tend to Cycle them - again depending on my Activity - Low day 50 - Med - 125 - High - 200
Fats - again depending on the amount of Carbs - as they go down - Fats go up - Low - 60 grams to High at 125 grams
What do I Eat
Fresh Fish
Organic Eggs
Organic Butter
Chicken
Turkey
Steak - Lean and Trimmed - unless it's Grass Fed - Free Range - and Organic
Bison - on Occasion
All Vegetable's
Mostly Green - Broccoli - Spinach - Brussel Sprouts - Peas
Lot's of Sweet Potatoes - always Post Workout
No Nightshade - eggplant - peppers - white potatoes - zucchini - tomatoes
Messes with my Acid Reflux - since I was just Officially Cured - I don't need a Set back.
No Corn - It's all GMO and has a very high Glycemic Index.
Grains
No Wheat that has Gluten
Oats
Spelt
Quinoa
Teff
Amaranth
Oils
Coconut
Safflower
Olive
Grape Seed
Some Spray Oil - either Coconut or Olive

I just had a Recent Blood Work done, and it was much Better than Expected, for being in Cycle.
I only have the HDL and LDL because it was given over the Phone by my Doc.
HDL was 88
LDL was 101
I can't remember the last time I Posted LDL so low, maybe never, so I'll probably Die next Week (lol).

I did some Research on this.
There seems to be some type of Correlation between High HDL and Testosterone #'s.
The last time I had a test done off Cycle in 2012 my test came back at 924 ng/dl
