    You are lean and really close. I recommend just hitting abs extra hard to really make them come in. Can also depend if you are holding any water.

    UPDATE:

    We are officially ON.
    Realised this morning the reason for my shoulder issues was Iíd been sleeping in my couch like a dumb fuck.

    Not realising thatís what was basically impinging my shoulder joints.

    3 nights back in my regular bed and itíd been gradual improvement.

    This gave me the confidence to hit the go button.

    First pin went to plan, had a mate help me do it. Very little pain.
    Will do the next one solo.


    Body scan showed bf of 13% as per photo,
    We dropped 4kgs body fat and around 200 grams of muscle. (Which he told me 200 give or take is normal for the test anyway) so pretty happy with that.
    Will call it a successful ďminiĒ cut.
    Not as low as Iíd have liked but good to basically be in a 800 per day deficit.
    Has given me confidence I know what Iím doing from a diet stand point.

    Will endevour to maintain a leanish physique and make this a lean bulk. Cals will jump up to 25-2800 and we make ad hoc adjustments from there.
    In closing itís go time.

    Yep! Might just keep cals as is till 2 week period where the gear starts kicking in.

    The pip is real.
    Very happy this whole shoulder thing is in the past (touch wood)

    you can try heating up your gear might help
