My first Test + Anavar cycle

Good cycle layout. Start with var from 1 to 6

Updates cycle plan.
Decided to lose hcg and replace with hcgenerate.
Pretty confident my test will bounce back without hcg, being my
First (relatively)mild cycle.

And as instructed will now front load the anavar.
Weight loss has plateaued, so will adjust accordingly in the coming 11 days.

Wk 1-12 Test E 400mgs/wk
Wk 1-4 60mg ED
Wk 5-8 80mg ED
Wk 1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg (as needed)

Pct start week 14
Wk 12-14 HCGenerate
Wk 14- 16 Nolvadex 40mg ED
Wk 14- 16 Aromasin 12.5ED
Wk 17-18 Nolvadex 20mg ED
Wk 13-21 Cardarine 20 mg ED
Wk 1- 16 N2 guard 1ED

you need to increase your protein/calories if you want to push the weight up

keep the cal higher

Feeing pretty burnt out 🥲
Have been training ever day.
Have developed some anterior shoulder pain (long head biceps tendon Olathe) which I’m now a little anxious about the whole cycle as I don’t want to be dealing with something holding me back, while on.
Have been seeing a good physio, will have a week off chest and shoulder movements which would effect it.
Hopefully I can get rid of it in time to start.
Feeling a little discouraged about the weight loss stall also.

push it hard

if you have shoulder pain take time off and yoga so you can recover well

add some joint support too
 
increase your joint support use, increase fish oil use and lots of rest
