night sweats could be caused by a lot of things. but in your case I would 100% blame your diet. the foods you are eating near bedtime are not a good idea. cheese and chili are not things you should eat before bed if you want to rest and repair
The chili is homemade, High protein, not the canned shit. I do eat a lil cornbread with it. I am first generation American and corn bread is an American delicacy.

I drink 50g protein shake with 4 of my meals. I can't eat anymore protein than I already am. I get super bloated real fast. But I do slowly increase my portions to get my body used to eat more.

Never been a steak person. I do eat stakes but maybe once 2-3 months. Never grew up eating steaks. When it comes to American food I prefer fried chicken over steaks unless I am dieting. Colonel Sanders is where it's at for me.

I cook all my meals in health oils. Mostly olive oil extra virgin. I also add MCT oil into my coffee.
