Preworkout: 2 scoops isolate, 1 cup Greek yogurt Post workout: 2 scoops isolate, 1 cup Greek yogurt
Dinner: large salmon fillet, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 2 servings steamed broccoli
Bedtime: 2 scoops isolate

30minutes on the treadmill and 20 on the glider. This workout lasted 3 hours and 20 minutes and I wasn't necessarily tired when I left the gym.
As you can see... Something is definitely happening with my strength and endurance. I was getting second and third winds repeatedly.
Could be a perfect synergy between the S4S cardarine, and the Odin var. The TE is something I got locally (viper pharmaceutical).
