My test/anavar recomp cycle

Sorry for the absence. Had to deal with some family shit. Cycle log 11/18
10mg cardarine at 6:00am
25mg var at 6:00am
25mg var at 3:00pm
Breakfast: 6 egg whites, 2 scoops isolate, 1 apple, 1 cup Greek yogurt.
Lunch: 3 cans tuna, 1 apple, 1 cup Greek yogurt, Bran flakes, banana, 1 scoop isolate.
Preworkout: 2 scoops isolate, 1 cup Greek yogurt Post workout: 2 scoops isolate, 1 cup Greek yogurt
Dinner: large salmon fillet, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 2 servings steamed broccoli
Bedtime: 2 scoops isolate
This is going to be my menu every day going forward.
Workout: chest
Iso-lateral chest fly- 25lbs per arm 3 sets of 12
Chest press machine- 100lbs 3 sets of 15
Flat bench- 135lbs 1 set of 12, 185lbs 1 set of 10
Hammer strength iso-lateral flat bench- 114lbs per side (228 total), 1 set 23 reps
Flat bench- 225lbs, 15xs, 10xs, 11xs, 12xs, 10xs
Iso super incline- 90lbs per side 10xs, 8xs (fail)
80lbs 8xs(fail), 8xs (fail), 70lbs 7xs (fail), 10xs (fail), 60lbs 9xs (fail), 9xs (fail)
Pec deck (hammer grip) 115lbs 12xs, 15xs, 15xs, 15xs, 15xs, 16xs, 18xs
Old school butterfly pec deck- 115lbs, 8xs, 7xs. 100lbs, 10xs,10xs,10xs
Cable crossover - 40lbs per side, 5 sets of 15
Iso decline- 90lbs per side, 15,12,12,12(fail),11(fail)
Iso lateral flat- 70lbs per side, 10(fail), 9(f), 9(f), 8(f),9(f),9f,8f,9f,9f,8f
Dumbbells incline -40lbs, 12,10,12,12,12
Dumbbells flat- 55 lbs, 10,9,9(fail), 8(f), 8 (f)
30minutes on the treadmill and 20 on the glider. This workout lasted 3 hours and 20 minutes and I wasn't necessarily tired when I left the gym.
As you can see... Something is definitely happening with my strength and endurance. I was getting second and third winds repeatedly.
Could be a perfect synergy between the S4S cardarine, and the Odin var. The TE is something I got locally (viper pharmaceutical).

overall your diet is good but you're lacking healthy fats like a lot of fats missing

add walnuts almonds fish oil etc

Just over 3 hours.
Good steady workout. Losing body fat and veins are starting to appear. Though I didn't feel like I got as much of a pump as I should have but that might be physiological. I'm on week 7 and I'm pretty sure that's what happens around that time. Feeling great and still sore from my chest day. Hopefully I get sore from this. Once again I wasn't really that tired when I left the gym.

Part of not feeling like I got a good pump might be due to the fact that I pin on Monday and Thursday am so by Sunday afternoon my levels are down.

So...I'm in the middle of week 7 of a 12 week recomp cycle and I'm definitely getting good results. I'm losing visceral fat because my swollen midsection has gone down dramatically which was my main reason for choosing var. I know I shouldn't extend the use of an oral past what I'm already doing but I am considering extending my cycle to 16 or even 20 weeks since this is the first one I've done in 10 years. I'm thinking that after week 8 (or 10 respectively) I switch my TE out for Super T 450 blend .5ml 2xs a week and replace the var with 500mg EQ .5ml 2xs a week and add some tri tren 150 .5ml 2xs a week. I have AI's on hand as well as nolvadex. Would just need some organ protection and maybe some caber just in case. I'm thinking this is still pretty mild. Thoughts?
