I'm 32 and weigh about 97kgs
Been training natural since 18 and still have had trouble with a small amount of belly fat.
Started my first cycle.
Test E for 16 weeks 500mg with ai as needed.
Then cruised for a while on 250mg Test E
NEW CYCLE
4 weeks in
Test E 600mg pin 2x week
Mast E 400mg pin 2x week
Diet is relatively good....lower carbs and a fair bit of protein but will improve my diet asap.
I train 5 days a week body part splits
Chest Tris
Back Bis
Legs
Shoulders.
Do minimal cardio. Maybe 30 mins after I train. Walk on treadmill incline.
As I said I feel as though my E2 is out of wack. Either high or low. Not sure. Will be getting bloods on Friday. And will update U with results.
Any help would be appreciated!!!
Like is this too much to run? Or is 250 test e too much too cruise on etc??
