overall i like your cycle do it, and try to lower your eating window to 8 hours

Alright so I’m gonna go back to doing 16/8. That is what I was doing for the months when I was losing all the weight. Just felt like I wasn’t getting enough protein to build muscle like I should
 
1/17/23

Broke my my first day of fasting after 14hrs. First meal post work out. 1pm-One cup of homemade spaghetti..along with 4 oz of chicken in a wrap with half a cup of drained Lima beans.

1200mg omega 3 fish oil
2:30pm- 4.5oz of boneless porkchop
1 cup of blueberries 1 cup of green grapes

Dinner a protein shake before bed. Two quesadillas with 7 oz of chuck steak low fat mozzarella cheese a one cup of black beans. C56gs/f28.2g/159gs
Kinda have felt lethargic since eating. Guess maybe it’s from the first day back of fasting an still trying to get the protein in! Sure it will get better as days go by on the same schedule.
Total 2191 cals. 158 carbs fats 49g protein 238


Work out: Back.
Warm up with 3 sets of pull downs light weight an 3 sets of assisted pull up 10 each
Old school t bar rows. 7 sets. 15x90lbs 12x100lbs 10x110lbs 9x120 8x130 7x140 6x150
Db row. 1 warm up set then 3 working sets 45x10 45x 9 50x8
Wide grip pull downs- 12x100, 12x12.5, 9x125
Reverse grip pull downs 100x 10 125x 10
Weighted hypertension 2 sets 12 reps hold 35lb plate
Ran out of time so missed out finally set on the last two exercises.

perfect start now thats a good update

first start by extending fast to 16 hours with 8 hour eating window
and get carbs down to 100 grams and fats up

training is good add cardio
