My test/eq/mast cycle log

Chest:
Warm up- 2x20 push ups flat 5x20 push up incline on bench 3 sets of incline before lifting last two thrown in between sets somewhere
Incline db- 10x50lb 7x50lb,5x60lbs ,6x60lb 6x70
Flat db flys-4x,35 3x40 ,2x45 2x50 I do 3/4 rep twice then a full rep an that counts as 1 rep total
Dumbbell pull overs-12x50lb , 12x60, 12x69 super set with dips as many as I can get normally around 10 if I can’t do 10 I use weight assisted to get 10
Flat db bench- 15x35, 12x40 10x45 trying to push blood into the muscle by now
Pec deck-12x109,12x117, 6x124
Left wrist has been having a pain it today. Could tell it during the work out. Felt like it hindered me some today. 15min stair climbing. 11k steps for the day

Had two long work days last week. A was out of town for the weekend! But I continued to do 16:8 fasting
Worked out before breaking the fast!
12:45pm: 5oz of ground beef/1cup of white rice/1.5 cup of black beans

Kinda felt like that’s why I went away from fasting was because I couldn’t get the amount of protein in during the 8 hr period without feeling like shit. Shooting for like 270gs a day

you need to get the protein up imo and the carbs down and fats up

you can get more protein in 8 hours

I feel fine most of the time some days after my working kinda feel weak/ sickish..before breaking the fast once I eat I feel fine. I see a lot of members are asking for a longer fast. Is my protein intake not as important as fasting time frame?
 
how many cycles have you done? I really like your layout I run a real similiar cycle but I add some Tren to exactly what you have. sometimes I will drop some proviron at the end with the tren even though it is very similiar to masteron I get extremely tight when using proviron with Tren, eq and test. If you dont have a few cycles under your belt I would hold off on the tren for a future cycle though. Should get really good results on this cycle is diet is kept tight!!
