My test/eq/mast cycle log

As the group guys requested to make a log. I’m gonna attempt it. Put anything out that’s wrong or I need to add. I’m not on the cycle yet gotta get the blood work done asap then will start. I will say I work crazy hours can switch up at any time from a day worker 8-4:30 to working 16 hour days or night for a week or so at a time. Seen times Iv worked 45 days in a row without a day off but always try to get my workouts in.

I’m thinking 500 mast/ 600test/ 300eq
Mast is 250mg per ml
Test 300mg per ml
Eq 300mg per ml
Pct nova
That’s what I have on hand will add if I can get
N2gaurd is sold out ever where Iv looked so far
Fish oil daily when I start the cycle
Tweak it for what y’all think y’all know more than me.

Training
Chest:
Warm up- 2x20 push ups flat 5x20 push up incline on bench 3 sets of incline before lifting last two thrown in between sets somewhere
Incline db- 10x50lb,8x50lb, 8x50lb,6x60, 5 1/2 rep by 70lb
Flat db flys-4x40lbs,3x45,2x50, 2x50 I do 3/4 rep twice then a full rep an that counts as 1 rep total
Dumbbell pull overs-12x 50, 12x,50, 12x60 super set with dips as many as I can get normally around 10 if I can’t do 10 I use weight assisted to get 10
Flat db bench- 15x 40,12x45,10x50 just trying to push blood into the muscle by now
Pec deck-12x85lb , 12x101 , 12x117

Food:
7am two scoops of iso 100 fruit pebbles 1 cup of 2% milk.. c14gs/f5gs/p58
9:30am- 5oz of chicken little Buffalo sauce in a wellness xtreme wrap 1 cup of baby carrots..c13gs/f18.7/p45.6
1oclock post workout- 8oz of cubed steak air fried one cup of baby carrots..c12g/f9.1/p51g
2:30pm- one cup of blueberries an green grapes..c32.9g/f.8/p1.7g
5:45: homemade pizza on xtreme wraps with light sauce low fat cheese an ground beef 93/7
C22gs/f24g/88g
Protein shake before bed . C14gs/f5g/p58
Total. Carbs107gs/f62g/p302
Daily protein normally would be around 220-250
 
Sorry fella don’t see where I can go back an edit. I didn’t include my goals looking to lose more weight while putting on muscle. Lost 35-40 lbs in the past 14 months. Also will have an hour of cardio today just a light walk . Im thinking my goal should be around 200lb but be solid
 
okay nice log to open. would like to see more green veggies added. at first glance or two i didn't see any

also 11 hour eating window is way too big. it is important to shorten that because your insulin levels won't have a chance to drop back down which will make it hard to lose weight. i would shrink it to 4 hours

btw n2guard back in about 10 days I think

overall i like your cycle do it, and try to lower your eating window to 8 hours
 
Looks good. I am planning on a similar cycle this summer but my test will be half that

Calories and macros will be pretty close to the same, and that keeps me in a deficit at 6 foot 195 lbs and 12% bf
