    My TRT cycle log

    Hey all. Just getting started with my log but here goes

    Not really on any kind of cycle, just doing Dr. supervised TRT.
    Started with topical cream for 3 months with zero improvement
    switched to test cypionate 40mg twice a week, bounced around for several months with estrogen levels going wonky and other bumps along the road

    Currently settled in with 55mg test cyp twice a week. SubQ injections
    25mg aromasin twice a week the day after my test injection

    Last bloods were as follows. Please note metric units, so I put the range as well

    Testosterone 29.7 nmol/L range is 8.4-28.8 nmol/L HIGH
    Free Test 853 pmol/L range is 196-636 pmol/L HIGH
    Estradiol 117 pmol/L range is less than 162 pmol/L
    Prolactin 9.2 pmol/L range is 4-19 pmol/L
    TSH 0.99 mIUL range is 0.32-4.00 mIUL/L

    49 years old
    Height 5'2"
    Starting weight in April was 236lb, currently 192lbs

    Training, 3 days a week full body - Maps Anabolic - currently in final two weeks

    Cardio, 2-3 sessions weekly, 30 min LISS

    My day job is very Sedentary, I'm at a desk for 10 hrs.

    Diet - 1800 calories daily - 160g protein, 132g carbs, 70g fat
    I have been calorie cycling around my workout days
