    Need input on cycle bulk/cut??

    Hey guys,

    Ive posted earlier this year about doing a cycle for a photoshoot.

    I have one planned around the end of the year/beginning of next year. The goal is to look shredded and insane for the pics.

    The issue is that last few months my sleep has been sh*t, im not nearly eating as much cals as I should and my workouts are trash because of other priorities.

    Ive lost 5kg of which alot of it is muscle and definetly lost strength. But now I really want to get back into it and prep for the shoot. I havent been on a cycle for a year.

    Where i need ur guys opinions is this, because I lost gains, can I regain this muscle in my prep cycle on a defecit? I want to look my best ofcourse and I dont want to take another few months to bulk up because I have this photoshoot planned.

    The cycle im thinking we be something like this:
    10 weeks total
    400mg Test E/week
    200mg Tren E/week
    Gw50516 20mg/day
    50mg anavar last 6 weeks


    Any input is appreciated.

    I'm no expert by any means, but I wouldn't recommend cycling unless the SIMPLE things of diet and sleep were dialed in first, along with prioritizing workouts over as you said "other priorities"

    Yes for sure, i will not start the cycle unless i have everything dialed in ofcourse

    test 400mg a week does differnt thing to different people, some guys bloat on test at that #, some are okay with an AI
    same with tren, some guys blow up 5 pounds fast on it, some guys shred on it

    that is why it is important to know how you react to these steroid before stacking them

    The only way to gain muscle mass in a deficit is with using higher dosages of primobolan.

    I would redo the cycle like this.

    10 weeks
    500mgs primobolan/week
    200mgs trenbolone/week
    200mgs testosterone/week
    50mgs winstrol/day
    20mgs cardarine gw501516/day
    10mgs aromasin/E4D
    0.25mgs dostinex/week
    7 caps n2guard/day

    you aren't going to keep your gains off every cycle, if that were true we all would be 1000 pounds of muscle

    bro that sound decent cycle but doubles the tren

    Consider 10-12 weeks cycle: PRIMO-500mgs; TREN-200mgs; TEST-200mgs; DOSTINEX-1/4mgs, all weekly, plus WINI-50mgs; GW-20mgs, both daily and AROMASIN-10mgs twice per week. Very important to take N2Guard daily, starting immediately, to build organ support

    Exactly so. Get those sorted and he'll gain loads back.
