Newb Question: Resources for Interpreting Blood work

Bloodwork_page-003.jpgBloodwork_page-002.jpgBloodwork_page-001.jpgPlanning my first cycle, got blood work done, but not sure how to interpret it. There is a lot of good information here and out there, but I'm not clear on what to look for in terms of warning signs in bloodwork, especially during the cycle or post cycle.

Any advice?

Thanks.

I noticed it's your first post. Welcome to our forums, it's great to have you on the team.

Post your results here and we'll go over the numbers with you. It's best to scan in the whole paper or take a good HD picture, this way we can see the whole "picture." (no pun:cool:)

Side note, please blur out your personal details. (name/addy/IDs etc.)

Thanks @wolfpackalpha. I should have mentioned: My bloodwork is in pdf, too big too upload, and I can't figure out how to shrink it more (it's < 1mg, but the size limit is much smaller). It's a table format that doesn't copy/paste or covert to other formats well. ... I work on resolving that and post.

You can just type the numbers in text if you like bro, and we can help you understand everything and give you some good feedback. Welcome to EVO

Thanks @RickRock. I converted the pages to jpg and attached them to first post.

These labs were ordered by my general practitioner. She was reluctant to measure test, which is the last thing on on the last page (page 3) of my labs.

In case it is helpful, some background:

Sex: M
Age: 47
Height: @ 5'6
Weight: 145-150
Fat: @12-15 percent

Starting a cut on 10/1 to bring BF down to @ 10 percent.

Thanks.
Experience: Came back to lifting religiously for the last two years, after many years doing other sports.

After looking over all of your numbers, the only thing that really sticks out is your test levels. It is in normal range according to the scale, but 294 is pretty low near the bottom of the range. I'd like to see them higher than that, but it seems that may be the normal range for you. It's certainly something to keep an eye on. Your AST liver value is only slightly elevated above range as well, but nothing to be concerned about.

Yep my exact thoughts too Rick.
OP u taking creatine?

Thanks @RickRock & @EER. I take creatine and other supplements. Also, I cycle a few natural test boosters including DAA, DHEA, and longjack.

You look in good shape. If I were you before doing my first cycle, I would find a TRT specialist to find out why my test was so low. You may be one of them guys that 100mg a week will put you into the 800.

Read, research, read some more, read and research to understand the ramifications of anabolic steroids.
