    nitro tech rtd

I was wondering if this nitro tech ready to drink is as good or better than whey or regular protein powder, I liked the fact that you can bring a few bottles whatever you go, to the gym, to work etc...

The thing I don't like about RTD protein shakes is that they are full of preservatives to keep the product from going rancid at room temperature. They are also very expensive.

Just put a scoop of protein in a shaker bottle and pack it in your bag with a bottle of water. When you are ready to drink it, pour the water into the shaker bottle, shake and drink it.

I keep a small tub of protein powder, a shaker bottle and a bottle of water in my car and desk at work. It's super easy and convenient to make a shake whenever you are in a rush that way.

Isopure makes a good RTD, but Damn, it's Expensive, bought it once when I forgot to bring my Protein with me.

You can buy 1000 3x5 ziplock bags on Amazon for $20. Just fill them with 1 or 2 scoops and you have portable protein packs. Its nice to have RTD but it is about 2-3x more expensive so do the math and see if the cost is worth the benefit for you.

Just get a pure whey isolate from N2BM or a plain unflavloured pure whey isolate.

These seem handy but definitely not worth the money in my opinion
