3rd day. Everything is going well.

Did Shoulders and Traps Yesterday: A few exercises to note.

Side Lateral Raises: 10lbs x 15, 15lbs x 12, 20lbs x 12, 25lbs x 10, 20lbs x 11

Standing Barbell Overhead Extensions: 70lbs x 12, 80lbs x 12, 100lbs x 8, 80lbs x 10
Dumbbell Seated Military Presses: 25lbs x 12, 30lbs x 12, 35lbs x 12

Doing Legs tonight, will update.
 
Killed legs today! Felt Great! Strength is up! Felt flat in the gym though.

Low Barbell Squats 225lbs x 10

Leg Press: 720lbs x 10

Leg Extensions: 175lbs x 8

Im getting sick of sweet potatoes though... been eating yhem for years. Was thinking about switching it up to spaghetti squash or acorn squash...
