    Ostarine Nutrition Partitioning

    Since this sarm spares muscle do that mean its pulling your expended calories from glycogen stores and fat and using the incoming food to build muscle? Iv read one of its effects is nutrition partitioning but not 100% sure how that works, or if i believe it. Thoughts?

    I see guys on forums and FB talk about nutrient partitioning as though it was the holy grail. Even a diet higher in protein could be said to be muscle sparing.

    steroids like tren or the harsher ones are potent nutrition partitioners which is why people complain of low blood sugar symptoms while on it

    ostarine in no way comes close to that, it works because it is a SELECTIVE androgen receptor modulator. while tren is 5X more androgenic and anabolic than testosterone.

    so based on that would it be fair to assume if calories were at maintenance you would lose body fat as it would tip the balance of calorie expenditure away from any lean tissue source?

    You will sacrifice some lean tissue even when running steroids so we can't necessarily use a word "any".
    It probably would have a decent recomp effect but to lose fat? Not any significant rate most likely. But this all is highly speculative, there are so many individual differences that it's really impossible to tell for sure.

    Dont think into those claims much, for anything....doesn't matter what it is. You have to diet for the results you want. I dont care if its tren or anything else. I've seen people that dont know how to eat gain fat on everything

    Ostarine will help you maintain muscle while in a deficit. Simple as that.
